Overview

Most UI design covers two states: empty and populated. AI product design requires four.

Processing

These terms govern your use of gr8rstudio.com and any services provided by Gr8r Studio. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

Gr8r Studio is a design and development studio registered and operating in Bangladesh.

Good processing state design includes:

  • Progress indication (not just a spinner)
  • Contextual messaging ("Analyzing your data..." not "Loading...")
  • Estimated time where possible
  • The ability to cancel

Services

Gr8r Studio provides:

  • Product design and UX/UI design
  • Product development (web and mobile)
  • Agentic UX design
  • AI prototyping and build sprints
  • Website design and development
  • AI-first website and AEO strategy

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your individual project agreement or statement of work.

Payments

Error states are where most AI products lose users permanently. The error itself is often not the problem. The way it's communicated is.

Pricing:

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment processors:

We accept payments via Stripe and Payoneer. By making a payment, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

Separate user errors from model errors

If the user gave the AI bad input, tell them what was wrong with it. If the model failed on valid input, own that failure and offer an alternative. Conflating the two destroys trust from both sides.

Intellectual Property

Your content:

Any content, assets, or materials you provide to us remain your property.

Output edge cases

Our work: Upon receipt of full payment, all design and development work created specifically for your project transfers to you. You own it.

Our process and tools:

Our internal methods, templates, prompt systems, and tools remain the property of Gr8r Studio. These are not transferred as part of a project engagement.

Portfolio rights:

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Gr8r AI

Our website includes Gr8r AI, an AI-powered chat assistant. By using Gr8r AI you agree that:

  • Conversations may be stored to improve service quality
  • You will not use it to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Responses are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
  • Gr8r Studio is not liable for decisions made based on Gr8r AI responses

Client Responsibilities

To receive our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information and timely feedback
  • Designate one primary point of contact for the project
  • Provide necessary assets, content, and approvals within agreed timelines
  • Pay invoices on time per your project agreement

Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines without additional cost to Gr8r Studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Gr8r Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for third-party platform failures, including Stripe, Payoneer, Webflow, or Framer

Confidentiality

We treat your project information, business data, and any materials shared with us as confidential. We will not share this information with third parties except as required to deliver your project (e.g., with development tools or platforms).

If you require a formal NDA, request one before the project begins.

Website Use

By using gr8rstudio.com you agree to:

  • Not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website
  • Not reproduce our content, copy, or design without written permission
  • Not use our website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these terms.

Termination

Either party may end a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement.

For retainers: either party may cancel with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly.

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately if a client engages in abusive, dishonest, or illegal conduct.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
